My BF and I enjoy anal sex regularly. I have become constipated frequently over the last 2.5 months. Is it possible my BF's cum is causing fecal impaction & lower back pain? Embarassed

If I don't make a point of eating prunes or extra granola on my yogurt daily I remain clogged.
I have gone as long as 4 days with out a bowel movement. Question

Typically the opposite is the case. I haven't heard of semen ejaculated into the recum causing constipation before. Usually this results in loose bowel movements.

Do you expell the semen immediately afterward, or leave it in your anus?
