I am going it the gym for years and very little advance is shoving after all that time. I tried with diets, with increased calorie level and almost nothing is happening. My trainer thinks that I need to take creatine for gaining muscles faster. I am not sure if that is good idea. I read somewhere that creatine can lead to kidney stones. Can use of creatine lead to kidney stones? Do you know something about that?

It is not common thing that people who are using or used creatine develop kidney stones but never the less it does happen. This thing especially occurs in people who had family history of kidney disease. Also it is important to know that long term use of creatine can increase the risk of kidney stones. My advice to you is to talk to your doctor before you start with creatine.
