I would like to know something more about my PMS. It seems that everything is more or less fine except for the breast swelling that sometimes might make my breasts tender and sensitive, almost painful to touch. That is quite annoying and I would like to know if there is something that can be done for that. Does vitamin B help relieving the swelling?
Vitamin B, more specifically vitamin B6 does help with the PMS symptoms, including swelling (prevents inflammation). Although those symptoms are something that is considered common for that period, still they might be discomforting so there is n reason not to deal with them .Of course, you would do wise to consult your doctor first.

I take magnesium in high doses (I have other issues and require higher doses of mag.) and my breasts quit swelling at all. In fact, prettymuch all my PMS disappeared. It was weird to start bleeding and not even have a warning.
