My brother is a football player and he trains really hard. He has the biggest heart that I have ever seen. Anyway, he`s on AAS and I would like to know Does your heart grow while on AAS? Thanks.

Hi. Yeah, using AAS will cause that. Your muscle heart will grow for sure, while he`s on AAS. When you are on AAS, your chamber walls stretch. Anytime you increase the amount of work for your heart it will grow. Being on AAS means that you have more tissue, fluid and high blood pressure. The growth is reversible, that is the good part. Training affects ultimate cardiac size. Your brother should rest in bed for a while.
