I am 20 weeks along and my dog jumped up when I got home and nailed me in the stomach. Can this hurt the baby??

I dont think so but i am not sure ... But u should be careful tho and try to like avoid getting jumped by ur dog and if ur tummy isnt bleeding and doesnt hurt i think ull be fine
