Dolasetron versus Ondansetron

My son is in hospital. He was under serious surgical treatment. Operation itself went well but now he has problems with postoperative nausea and vomiting. He is so weak that I am afraid that he won't be able to fight this in this condition. There are two possible solutions. Dolasetron or Ondansetron. Tell me which one has better results.

I can tell you from my personal experience that I have tried Ondansetron and that it works miracles. Just one dose is enough to put vomiting under control. I have never tried Dolasetron so I can't say is it better or worse, but I have read some article that writes about some research Dolasetron versus Ondansetron that showed that effects of both medicines are very similar and that there are no significant differences.
