Dolobid for inflammation and swelling?

My mother has rheumatoid arthritis. This condition occurred three years ago when she entered menopause, her joints started to swell, we thought it was because of her extra weight, but since the pain and redness occurred, doctor diagnose her with arthritis. Last time she went there, she was prescribed with dolobid. Is it any good for inflammation and swelling?
