| I have been to the gym. I have doing workouts all the time and I have learned all the rules of exercises. Warming up, stretching, proper breathing, everything. But still I have injured myself. Perhaps I have lifted too much weight or something. Anyway, I have been prescribed with Dolobid. Do you know anything about it? Any experience? |

| Dolobid pain meds are very good choice. It is usually used to treat mild to moderate pain and inflammation. I use it very successfully for my arthritis. Nevertheless, you must know that it is very strong medicine, of course depending of dosage, and it can influence your heart and inhibits blood coagulation. Further more, you might think about reducing your exercises, at least until you get better. |
