Hello i got some about dots i got on my face about 2 months ago. It started with a pimple on my face that scared after i and is still red and won't go away. it's not sore and does not itch. I just started getting 2 other small dots on opposite sides of my lips but that also don't itch. once the theirs also brown dots showing up on my face to and some start red then go brown while others disappear. I don't know if i'm having a allergic reation b/c i had and std test and had nothing. so nothing itches and it goes away and comes back every now and then. help me? Sad
