Doubt regarding masturbation position and foreskin

I am 22 years old. I started masturbation when i was 12. It was started unknowingly, and i used to masturbate in lying on the bed and keeping the face down(so that my penis rubs on bed). I get good erection and ejaculation occurs within 3 or 4 minutes when i masturbate in this position. But now i came to know that masturbating in such a position is harmful and is not recommended. So i started doing it with my hand sitting or standing. But i am not that much satisfied bcoz it takes long time to get the good erection and to ejaculate. I really want to change my method of masturbation, but it seems difficult for me. Another issue is that my penis is not circumcised, so the when i started masturbation using hand, i get a small irritation when i touch the head of the penis my pulling my skin back. When the penis is in the erected stage, still the foreskin covers over the head. Will it become a problem for sex ? I haven't had sex with any girl yet. Embarassed
