Hello,
I read it. It is not a revolution, that’s for sure … Dr. Atkins new diet revolution
is the low-carbohydrate, ketosis-producing diet approach. Nothing new … You can eat as much as you like, no counting calories, you are allowed to eat meat, but not carbohydrates (or very little carbs). It doesn’t work for me.

My ex husband just been on the Atkins and he has lost over three stone I was amazed it is hard to start with but in no time at all he was drinking caffeine free green tea and enjoying it never thought I'd see that but his energy dropped for a bit to start lack of caffeine but now he says he has so much energy and feels great he has taken up cycling . Laughing
