Drug abuse up to 6weeks of pregnancy

I am about six weeks pregnant. I was constantly using cat "Qat" . I would say about three times in a week. Now that i know i am expecting my second child i am a very concerned mommy... I am only 20 years of age and dont know what to do in this situation. Is there still a chance for my unborn baby to be healty and normal now that i stopped using drugs?

I just want the best possible for my child and would appriciated it if anyone could give me adive regarding this situation immediatly.

I would never forgive myself if my child have to suffer because i neglected myself....
