My girlfriend and I have yet to have actual sex persay, but we still practice what is called 'dry humpling'. I've done it wearing underwear, and pajama pants while she has worn underwear or nothing. Is there a chance she could become pregnant this way?

Hi, THere is no chance your girlfriend will be pregnant. But save sex for when you are married. Its not right to do it before marriage.
