I have recently been suffering from a dull ache centred around my testicles and lower abdomen. The pain started intermittently, however now it is constant. There is no visible redness or swelling and my testicles or abdomen are not sensitive to the touch.
The last time i had unprotected sex was four months ago and i got myself checked out and was given the all clear, so I'm confident it's not STD related. Any advice would be appreciated

I had the same problem, I went to the doc and he said it was because I wore boxers !?! I switched to jockeys and the pain went away. He said some testicles are a pendulum and they pull on the cremaster muscle, this causes pain. you should check it out
