I'll admit to having unprotected sex 6 weeks ago. For the past week or two, I've had a minor ache where what feels to be inside my dick towards the head. There's no discharge, no burning when I pee, just a dull ache most of the day. It kind of feels more like a urinary tract infection but it makes me nervouse that it might be related to the unprotected sex I had. Big question, if it were an STD, wouldn't there be a discharge and burning versus a dull ache? Can a test be done with just a urine sample to see if it's a UTI versus STD or do you have to get swabbed? I'm nervous about going to my family physician because he also treats my wife and I'd hate to ruin that situation. I'd go to him if I could just say I think I have a UTI. Any advise?
doesnt sound like an STD to me. Although some people have them and dont show any physical evidence of them. I would go for a check up if i were you. but if you only have sex with your wife then there is a small chance its an STD, unless you have unprotected anal sex.
