During Urination Penis swells (balloons)

Hi,

I have this disorder from birth. I'm am in my early 30's now.

When I urinate, my penis balloons filling all the urine into the bladder(i guess). Flow is normal.

I could feel the urine flow while holding it (From underneath the skin).

Sometimes I have to control the ballooning due to scare of it might burst...It's been expanding my penis skin over the years.

I did many searches on internet but found no good information for such kind of issue.. Do I have a rear disorder or am I the only one in the world having this?
