During masturbation, intense pain in head

Hi everyone, this is quite an embarrassing question, but I need all the help I can get.
During masturbation, as my heart rate increases, each heart beat sends a throbbing pain through my head, intensifying as my heart rate speeds. The pain feels somewhat like when your head "twinges" as you turn it too fast, yet reoccurring in time with my pulse. It's happened several times in the past few days, which makes me more nervous, as it's not an isolated incident.

I had a cold recently, and was still afflicted with it when these symptoms first presented, but I'm now fine and still suffering this headache.

You could be suffering from sex headaches aka Coital Cephalgia.

They could occur due to high blood pressure and be harmless (but painful) or there could be an underlying cause of the headaches.

These so called benign coital headaches appear before or after orgasms. They are painful but harmless. They appear either due to muscles contractions or blood vessel's dilation. They could be dealt by either refraining from sex for some time or by taking certain medication prescribed by your doctor.

You should see a doctor and complain about this to check if there's an underlying medical problem behind the headaches.
