ED has returned after 3 months. Worse than ever.

I first got ED back in the summer after a masturbation accident, which took about 2 months to begin to get over. My erections were inconsistant, and I always had to start masturbating without an erection (and get one around half a minute in), but for a while I was starting to think I was going to get over it for good. If only...

Well, my erections stopped AGAIN last wednesday, leading to the normal round of overactive sex drive (that I couldn't relieve :/), blue balls that lasted around 2 days and bouts of depression. After two failed attempts to stay hard and end the problem, I finally managed to stay hard on my third go (which is why I'm convinced the problem is just my psyche) and I thought that was the end the matter.

However, ever since I haven't been able to erect most of the time, let alone stay hard. The only time I managed get hard enough, my confidence was so low I was too scared to start masturbating Embarassed

I'm getting sick of this, and my self esteem is rapidly disintergrating; if I can't even do it by my self, what hope have I got of actually having sex with anyone?

sounds like you are thinking about it too hard. relax man. don't worry about it until you go to have sex. if you still can't get it up, give your doctor a call and tell him. he might be able to help you more than we can
