I’ve been married for more then 10 years. Few years after we married she told me things that I didn’t know about it. Like she was suffering from depression and she has been raped. That was big for trauma for her and she was severely injured. It was hard for me to except and not after all these years I am realized that she has ED too. She binge sweets. Our marriage never been great, but now it is disaster. We have no sex life and she often sleeps in the quest bedroom. But I can’t leave her and I don’t know how to help her.

I am not a doctor but she may be binge eating as a result of her stress (very common), and may lie about her past because she ashamed of it. If she is depressed she probably does not feel attractive and does not feel sexual. I think I would feel like this. I believe that a big part of it is self esteem and depression issues and that therapy might be a good idea. She would realize what caused her ED and that she doesn't need to be depressed, that you love her and care about her.
