I FEEL SO MUCH MORE TIRED.

I am on the same medicines and I notice the same things. When I asked my doctor about it, he said that the birth control can cause more depression and suggested raising my dose of lexapro. At the time I was on 10 mg. I am now on 20 mg, and only notice the side effects if I go off of the BC and back on. If that doesn't help, I've heard that there are "wakefulness" medicines that can help with your energy levels. Maybe talk to your doctor about these?
