Having recently moved house, my health suffered - I came down with a cold, then a virus etc. Nothing I took seemed to work.

A friend came round with some SAMBUCOL - a medicinal drink made of elderberries, meant to help boost the immune system.

Have started taking it daily - has anyone else tried it ? What do you think of it?
