EMBARRASING STOMACHE SOUNDS!!HELP!!

OMG!!!My stomache makes the weirdest and the most EMBARASSING noises.... and it is sooo embarassing in class.. i go to the nurse so that i won't have to sit in class and be embarressed the whole time... and i sit on my knees in class and make up stupid excuses.. like "oh ...i hurt my leg and it hurts to sit on my leg"... can anyone help me to find a cure for my stomache!! PLEASEEE!!! i need it fast... becuase it's interfearing with my class work... cuz' i will pretend to be going through myk backpack.. so that noone else will hear my stomache and i use it as a distraction..so i can;t hear what's going on on.. cuz' i am busy with my stomache... PLEEAASSEEE!!! HELP ME!!!

I used to have the same problem and finally figured out that I have a food allergy (peppers). I stopped eating them and stopped having dairy products, and I haven't had the stomach noises since...It sounds as though you could have some kind of allergy also.
