Early HIV infenction symptoms

I had a stupid uprotected sexual encounter with a man November 25th in which I contracted Chlamydia. I treated that with Zythromax and it went away quickly. Then the second week of January I got a terrible headache that just wouldn't go away and a brief (one day) bout of fatigue. After more than two weeks of dealing with the headache I visited my doctor and she suspected a cluster headache and anxiety (due to my occupation). She sent me out with an anti-depressant and migraine medication. The two medications relieved the pain in a couple of days and the headaches have been gone ever since without medication. Now this week (February 25th-28th) I had terrible gas pains and discomfort. After checking symptoms on line which probably isn't helping my stomach, could my doctor have overlooked the early signs of HIV infection. Thanks for any feedback you may have.
