Early Pregnancy and Diazepam

Hi there. Wondered if anyone caould possible help.

I have been prescribed Diazepam 2mg to take as and when for Anxiety attacks.

Crying or Very sad I have probably taken about 10 in all and have just found out Im pregnant. Should I be worried as Ive read that this drug can cause birth defects if taken in early pregnancy. Or do they mean if you take it for longer or a higher dose.
