Early bleeding on the pill

I have been taking the pill diligently for about a year. This month i took one pill about 12-13 hours late on day 11. On day 16 -19 my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, today is day 23 and i have started to spot a... i still have three white pills left to take then my period usually comes 2-3 days into the red pills... what does this mean... would ther ebe any chance that i was pregnant?
