Hello,
My brother thinks he is fat (and he is not) and loosing weigh every day. Awful! I am very afraid for him and I think he is not eating regular. He eats no breakfast (he takes first food in his mouth around 2 o’clock!). What should I do to persuade him to eat normally?

Hey there,
There is little you can do, except talk him into eating. He got used to eating first food at 2 o’clock... I understand him here, because I was the same when I was on college. Then, when I got married, my husband prepared me to eat when I wake up... now, eating at morning seems normal to me.
I guess, his stomach will show consequence eventually...
Mine did... I got gastritis ...read something about gastritis and how it is detected (with tube being pushed into your mouth and then with camera observed your insides) and scare him little, maybe this will help Smile
Hope you will succeed!

I agree. He is used to do it, I also got used not to have lunch, so I it's usual for me only to have a short breakfast and then dinner or tea and dinner.
But I've decided to go to the doctor and I'm trying to get good eating habits back.
It's hard, but the biggest thing you can do is talking to your brother. Try to go eat out with him, prepare him a good breakfast and try to make him have it with you or your family. But I think you can be more effective on this last try if you don't mention weight stuff as a reason for him to eat.

good luck *
