Hi, I am 24 years old male and I am exercising body building for more than year. I am in dilemma is it good to eat before I go to bed as I want to gain my weight and my muscle mass. I would like to hear other opinions about this subject. Thank you.
Hi, I am also practicing body building for some time and I would tell you what I know about weight gain. If you want to increase your muscle mass you need to eat more but you have to split your meals into several smaller meals over a day. Eating before is not good because your metabolism is slower in the night and you will only get fat not muscle mass.
