Yes there exist some diets, connected to blood type. This theory claims that people with type A are naturally vegetarians. They should eat
food high in carbs and low in
fat, such as are fruits and vegetables. This is based on the idea that people with blood type A, actually their blood type is thicker than that of other blood types. That is why you should refrain from consuming dairy products, animal fats, and meats.
