Tell her not to take double dose!!! She must take effexor as soon as possible otherwise she’ll get some of the possible symptoms of effexor withdrawal. The FDA reported following effextor withdrawal symptoms: agitation, anorexia, anxiety, confusion, coordination impaired, diarrhea, dizziness, dry mouth, dysphoric mood, fasciculation, fatigue, headaches, hypomania, insomnia, long term vision problems, nausea, nervousness, nightmares, sensory disturbances (including shock-like electrical sensations), somnolence, sweating, tremor, vertigo, and vomiting.
9 percent overall cases the FDA defines as 'serious' and include side effect that cause: death, hospitalization, cancer, permanent disability, or birth defects. She could die but that is not very likely to happen.
