When you go off Effexor, how long do you have to wait before getting pregnant?

I don’t think that you have to wait at all if you have already managed to wean off. There aren’t many reports about Effexor use and pregnancy because there haven’t been so many studies on humans.
The reports that exist say that some women had miscarriages, few babies were born with abnormalities, but nothing was specifically related to the drug.

It is said that the drug should be discontinued during pregnancy, especially when approaching delivery as the drug may pass through placenta and the baby may suffer withdrawal symptoms.

If you managed to get off the drug, you have a green light. You could talk about this with your doctor or a gynecologist and discuss your individual situation with them.
