Ok well i was with my gf and we werent really doing anything at all, we wernet even kissing and then later i learned that i had ejaculated and this isnt the first time. I dont feel it happening it is just there later and this bugs me and concerns me. Please someone help me. I just ejaculate without feeling a thing and without doing anything and i dont even think dirty thoughts.

hi ,one of my patients had that same problem and after close examination i found out that if care is not taken it might lead to infertility.this does not mean that you should panick ok?the situation is manageable.i connected my patient to a herbalist and some herbs were imorted.3days after taking them,my patient was ok again and had never had that aagin. good luck.
