Hi. I'm 30 year old male and just recently I started to suffer from really excessive stomach bloating.
I have never had any problems with stomach bloating in my life and this was the first time.
Beside the fact that that painful and distracting it became rather embarrassing because few times it happened to my in situations when a lot of people were around me.
Please tell me what is causing this and is there any solution of medication that could help me?
I can help you sharing some facts about this with you. You see, I understand that this could be very embarrassing but the good thing is that it is completely treatable. Bloating is the common term for gas buildup in the stomach and intestines.
You should know that a bloated stomach is often caused by a sudden increase in fiber from vegetables, fruits and beans. I know that you really can't avoid these types of food but there are some tricks you could do to avoid bloating.
First of all- eat and drink slowly and try to avoid carbonated drinks and beer. Some people say that even gums and hard candies can cause bloating, so, best thing would be avoiding them also and I believe it will make your bloating disappear. Bloating may also be related to stress and anxiety.
try not eating milk for two weeks, maybe three. try soy milks if you must have a milk for your coffee, etc. i had very bad bloating until i eliminated milks from my diets.
I have the same problem but I get nerves when this happens but I have no pain and the bloating is in the upper part of my stomach has anyone had any treatment for the problem and if so please advise4
