I masturbate a lot and wonder if this is normal. I have been doing it since an early age and it has got worse the older I have become. I do it in my sleep and wake up with a throbbing vagina with the urge to masturbate.
I have been told I have an enlarged pineal gland and could be subject to multiple orgasms. This is putting it mildly, I have constant orgasms somethimes 10 a day.
