Embryo implantation in intrauterine insemination

Aug. 21 I was subjected to artificial insemination, intra uterine, now, 12 days after the procedure (last Friday), I started to bleed very lightly, brown and reddish discharges. Can that be embryo implantation or that is my period?

My period is supposed to come only Sept.5, but I'm scared this is an early period, since I went through an artificial process... Please help me!
