Empty feeling, making me severly depressed

Ok, I am 20 years of age, and since about 6 years (or probably less) ago, I have had this very weird feeling where i feel detached from mysself. I feel empty as if my mind is tight, but at the same time feels very light, as if i can think of anything. It's realyl weird, this feeling has made me confused, its like giving me split feelings about myself, can't make up which one is the real one. This emptiness has made me severly depressed, so severe as if i can't find myself, my head starts to feel tension, stings and hurts alot, liek a sharp pain, i just empty all around, it nearly made me have a heart attack, its really rightening and scary, i dont know who i am.

And i believe this has all to do with masturbation, my past habbits of masturbation sicne the age of 8 or 10 i beleive, has made me liek this, because i can prove it, one evidence of this is when i felt dizzy, it was like a blackout, my vision suddenly went away, felt so dizzy and exhausted i had to close my eyes, so that i feel better ad the dizzyness went away. I think soemthing is up with my brain, soemthing is wrong. I am really scared. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem before?
