I have recently been diagnosed with Endometreosis (around my right ovary) and my doctor would like to perform surgery to remove it. He mentioned possibly removing the ovary at the same time. I currently do not have any symptoms except infertility (which is how the Endometreosis was found). Is this common treatment and won't pregnancy eleviate the problem?

Endometriosis can't be cured! It can be removed during the surgery but it will grow again. If it grows only on your ovary, then removing just one ovary won't prevant your future ovulations and you may get rid of endometriosis but make sure it is just this one ovary it is growing on.

When it comes to removing organs, especially those that are important, i would definately look for second opinion and see what another specialist had to say about it.

You will be still ovulating with just one testicle but if endometriosis is growing elsewhere as well, the surgery and the removal won't make the problem go away!
