hi everyone. Im 21 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis through laparoscopy in may just 5 months after getting married. I started taking Lupron depo, and ovary suppression injection for treatment. I took the shot for four monhs. My last shot was July 30th and I have not gotten my period back yet. At first I thought well, maybe Im pregnant, but I don't really "feel" pregnant. Does anyone know what may be causing my amenorrhea?

It doesn’t have to mean that you are pregnant. Lupron is very likely causing your symptoms. Certain studies showed that Lupron does that to many women (over 70%) treated for endometriosis. Sometimes period stop after initial or after the second treatment. Some women do experience spotting, or light bleeding while others, like you, have no symptoms at all.

When you get off the treatment your period should go back to normal. It may not come back instantly but it should come back in three months tops.
