Hi this is my first time posting here and I am not sure how to go about it but will give it my best shot....

My boyfriend is having issues with one of his testicals. He says that is its out of place like its lower and further 'in' then it should be. It also has a really soft growth on it almost like an extra fluid sack. It also feels like the vains and what not that connect it to the body are covered in fat lumpy growths and are hard. He also gets pains that go from his testical to his navel....

Dose anyone have any ideas on what this maybe??

I have a very good idea about him seeing a doctor. Your description could indicate hydrocele (cyst-benign) as well as varicocele ( dilated veins, could cause infertility but benign)but he needs to see a doctor to rule out cancer.
