Hi... Im doing a projoect on different chemo-agents... One of them is nitrosoureas but i can't seem to find any sufficiently in-depth information on it. All internet sources say "it affects enzymes that help repair DNA" and the books i've found only focus on the chemical reactions. I'd like to know what enzymes they affect and why those, etc... Please help me!
