Erectily dysfunction and vacuum pump??

Hi, has anyone tried to use vacuum pump for erectile dysfunction. it seems funny for me, but who knows, it may be effective.

Occasional, reddish pinpoint dots (petechiae) or bruising (ecchymosis) on the penis is possible to get from the negative pressure of the vacuum pump. it is safer then Viagra, since it doesn’t affect heart and acts only locally.
