Estogen replacement therepy and Endometrosis

I am 51 and after two major operations to deal with chocolate cycsts and general stickiness caused by Endometrosis and a short protercol of IVF, I 3 years was plunged into for my family early menopause. My ovaries crashed
and I have since had very severe menopause symptoms. Ihave tried evorel conti combined patches but they made everything worse. I have been
without anything for 6 months now but the flushes, insomia, joint aches , numbness memory loss mean I would really like to try again but with as gentle a dosage as possible.I have tried altenative therapies but no sucess but I would like a plant based estogen if poss. Anybody realy experiencing sucess
