Hello, I have been having hot flashes for about 3 months now almost hourly. My friend has been taking Estroven and does not experience hot flushes any more. Is it possible that Estroven helped her, or it is just individual reaction on this HRT? What I can expect of this medication?

I have to be honest and say that Estroven did not really make a difference for me. I have been taking it for the recommended 3 months before giving up but it does not mean that it would not work for you. My doctor explained that reaction on HRT is very individually as every woman experience menopause differently.

I, too, had hot flashes hourly and sometimes even more frequently. I started taking Esrovan Vitality and then switched to the Extra Strength. It took about 5 to 6 months but my flashes have started to diminish in intensity and do not occur nearly as often. Thank goodness!
