I read in a magazine that evening primerose oil is helping with premenstrual syndrome. Is this true and where can I purchase evening primerose oil?

My mother used to use Evening primerose oil for premenstrual syndrome. I read later that there is no prove for this use. Actually current scientific evidence suggests that Evening primerose oil does not work for conditions of premenstrual syndrome (breast tenderness, fluid retention, mood changes)
