Hello,
I'm an 18 year old male and have been masturbating since I was about 8 years old. Since then, I've been masturbating anywhere from once every 2 weeks to twice a day depending on how I feel, stress levels, etc. Does anyone know of any problems that can be caused from excessive masturbation, especially by doing it before reaching puberty?
In general, people seem to agree that masturbation is healthy - but I'd like to know of any risks I should be concerned of (Like f-ing up the skin on the tip by pulling it back too far, premature ejaculation, etc).
The overall concensus seems to be ambiguous, |

| Hi there, Well I appreciate the reply I'm about to give disagrees with what many 'experts' say but it is my own experience. I masturbated at least twice a day every day from about the age of 14. By the time I'd reached thirty my foreskin was very loose and because the skin had stretched my whole penis had got rather wrinkly. From about this time also I found it increasingly more difficult to get an erection and I believe I had damaged the penile tissue somewhat. I've managed to put things right by totally abstaining from masturbation, taking Maca and being circumcised but I really would advise people to at least cut down. OK in moderation but twice a day is definitely too much! |

| I have a sort of strong issue, I have been masturbating since age 14 and im 16 and I wish to discontinue masturbating whatsoever. I can stop but first I have to know what can happen if I break this patturn. |

| I masturbate 1-2 times a day, if i don't do it at least every day or two my testicles start to hurt if i get sexually aroused |

| I masturbate on average 3 times a day. I've masturbated as much as 8 times in a day and I've gone a few days without masturbating. But on average, I would say about 100 times/month. I always thought this was excessive but I haven't noticed any side effects and I've been doing it for about 7 or 8 years now (I'm 36). |

| I'm 24, I've been on masturbation for eight years now. Within half a year of excessive masturbation I became impotent, so I've been having impotency for almost eight years. It doesn't bother me at all but I'm concerned what would happen if I continue on this trend, and there is no way I could stop. Currently I go at twice a day. |

over masturbation can cause of infertility? and i can able for reproduction , i mean to take a baby? please tell me about this. regard |

In my experience, masturbation has become an addiction and I wish I could quit. I believe every excess can be harmful and it applies to masturbation as well. My "score" is about 2 or 3 times a day, I spend some periods without any, and I feel good. When I masturbate I feel weak mental and physically, it's a terrible waste of energy. But in the other hand it's one of the easiest ways to ease the tension when feeling lonely, depressed or overwhelmed.
So I think overmasturbation should be treated as other kind of addictions, and we must find another method of relieving stress. |

| errrm..im almost 18 now in a couple of days to b precise..and i masturbate once a dayish. usually once every 2 days and i still thought that was too much. LOL nd for the dude that goes freaking 8 times a day..errr get a girlfrend or sumthing..coz thats not good for ur social life buddy! there are no health risks involved with masturbating..mainly benefits..BUT i personally belive excessive tossing (more that once a day) is EXTREMELY SAD! and my prediction here is that the people who hav posted on this are extremely desperate and lonely.. GET A GIRL!!! |
