Excessive anal moisture and itching

I am 25 years old, male and the last months I have observed that I have excessive moisture around my anus and very frequently an extremely irritating feeling of itching. What could be the problem? I'm thinking of visiting a physician soon as discomfort is very annoying.

I have also had the problem you have. I actually bought some bigger boxers and it has helped.
