Hi. I`m 2 months pregnant and I know there are some exercises to ease the labor. I would like to hear from somebody with experience what are the benefits of exercising and what kind of exercises can I do? What exercises should I avoid?

Hi. Exercising during pregnancy will help you feel better, sleep better, look better, you will prepare your body for birth and regain your pregnancy body more quickly. Dancing, swimming, yoga, pilates, biking, walking, all of that is good for you, especially swimming. Do not force yourself, if you feel fatigue or dizzy, stop. Avoid weight training and sit-ups. You have also Kegel exercises, to reduce the leakage of urine. Kegels are really very easy, just pretend you are trying to stop urinating and squeeze those muscles for a few seconds.
