Hi, I have one dilemma and I need an advice. Since my childhood Conan is my favorite movie. I have put the goal in my life to look like Arnold, well at least close to him. I am 16 years old and I believe that it is right time to begin fulfilling my dream. I had exercise running past two years, now I am gong to the gym. But I have noticed that after gym training I am exhausted, so I am wondering should I make a break or to go running?

First you must familiar yourself with some basic rules of body building. Along with proper breathing and technique of exercises you must know that most important thing you should know is that muscles don't grow if you are exhausted. They also need a rest, because they are growing after the training. You should make exercise plan in which your running day do not mach with gym training.
