I have heard for Oxycise from very good friend of mine. He said it must be good, judging the way he has heard from some people. I couldn’t find anyone to tell me that was true and show me good results. Since I found out it is perfect for people on the run, I found myself there, so I want to try it. I just need to hear someone’s experience with Oxycise before I start.

After using this product for 4 months I have found it is great place to start for those who have been totally out of shape for a while. For those on a calorie restrictive diet Oxycise may help to manage metabolism crashers. But I don’t feel for the average person that this program raises metabolism enough to lose 10lbs or over without changing diet. I found out it is worth its money because it is helpful with energy levels. It is like extra shot of caffeine, especially in the first weeks of using Oxycise. I found it also extremely helpful warm up to other exercise as it does seem to really help with endurance. After that, it helps with moods, and is really good reminder to do that daily. I could really recommend Oxycise to those who are tired and sore all the time. It will do wonders for that which in the long run will help you to want to eat better and exercise more. Off course you should know it doesn’t work the same for everyone, some friends of mine lost wanted weight, and others didn’t lose absolutely anything.

I completely agree with the above poster. I have used Oxycise on and off for years, I find it amazing for the skin and skin tightening, great for toning, great for energy, great for mood.
But as above poster said I dont think people who have more then 10-20 lbs to loose should try this in hopes of not having to watch what they eat and do other exercises.

But yes it helps me so out with mood, endurance, energy, my hair grew faster, skin was gorgous, and mental focus and house cleaning..lol
