First of all, let me say that I am an uncircumcised 39yr old male. I keep myself very clean and healthy, but for the past few years I have noticed a few white "things" on the edge of my penis. They are all around the crown of the penis, along the edge and I can actually feel when something touch them....Is it possible to have exposed nerve endings on the head of your penis??? Shocked
