External hemorroids after a week of constipation

HELP,
I am a diabetic, I had a worse week of left abdominal pain.
The doctor had diagnosed it as constipation, prescribed Buscopan 10mg for abdominal pain, Dulcolax and Agarol syrup for constipation.
Now the constipation and abdominal pain is OK but have about 6 external hemorroids - no bleeding yet.

I always these type of problems when have heatiness -- constipation/hemorroids Confused
